Who makes the products?

All items are handmade by me (hi, I’m Harriet!) in my little studio in Cornwall. Each piece is crafted with care using eco-friendly materials and lots of love.

What materials do you use?

I use recycled cotton cord that’s OEKO-TEX® certified and safe for pets, kids, and the planet (read more about it here) and other natural, sustainable materials. I’m always sourcing with the environment in mind. That includes plastic-free, minimal packaging.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom macrame pieces or dog leads to suit your style. Whether it’s a specific colour, size, or design tweak, just get in touch and we’ll chat about what’s possible.

How long will my order take?

For items in my Etsy shop please see processing and shipping times below

Processing time: 1–4 business days.

Standard Shipping: 1-2 days

Express shipping: 24hrs

*Express orders are prioritised and usually processed within 1–2 working days

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, I only ship within the UK via my Etsy shop. If you’re outside the UK and interested in a piece, feel free to message me. I may be able to arrange something.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Absolutely! I use plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging materials. Each order is packaged with care, keeping both your item and the planet in mind.

Will my order come gift wrapped?

Yes! All our items are packaged with care and attention to detail, perfect for gifting. You can also include a free gift note by selecting “Mark as a gift” at checkout.

Do you offer local discounts?

Yes! If you’re based in or around Newquay, Cornwall, I offer a special local price on most items. Click here to learn more or message me for details.

Do you accept returns?

I want you to love your item! If there’s an issue, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on non-custom items if they’re unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Do you do macrame for weddings or events?

Coming soon! I’m working on a wedding collection including backdrops, table runners, and custom decor. Follow along on Instagram or sign up for the newsletter to stay updated.

How do I care for my macrame or dog lead?

Gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing. For dog leads, hang to dry if they get wet, and store out of direct sunlight to maintain colour.
