2. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are processed through my Etsy shop or custom order enquiries via the website.
• Payment is accepted via Etsy’s payment system or other methods clearly stated on the shop page.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• I offer free UK delivery on eligible orders.
• Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination.
• I’m not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
• For local customers near Newquay, exclusive discounts and pickup options may apply (see website for details).

4. Custom Orders

• Custom or personalised orders are made to your specifications.
• Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• I will work with you to ensure you’re happy with the design before finalising.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Please contact me within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on non-custom items if they’re unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
• If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos.
• I will happily resolve issues by replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on this website and Etsy shop are owned by Indi Boho Cornwall.
• Please do not copy or reproduce without permission.

• I make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and photos but cannot guarantee exact colours due to cotton cord production process.
